We all have a vision of what our life should feel like and what it should look like, to us.

Sometimes life brings us the unexpected forcing us to change that vision. For some that is an easy or at least easily attainable task, for others it is an insurmountable transition. Because of this there is pain, illness, stress.

This makes it worse if we perceive our self to be living an unauthentic life not at all aligned with our purpose. To fix that we must work with our physical, our emotional and our spiritual embodiment's to be a whole. That means different things to different people. But it does incorporate all three in some way or other.

Therefore I always look at food, nutrition, movement and stess , as well as symptoms that a person is experiencing along with outside influences which can help me understand your emotional health.

One of the challenges in the lifestyle recovery journey is learning to take care of your physical health and well-being. Whether you are an individual in recovery or are suffering from chronic illness such as an auto-immune disease, you need to learn to take time to care for your emotional, physical and spiritual health. This sets the stage for sustained lifestyle recovery and can often prevent a more devestating illness and promotion of more chronic conditions.

LIfestyle Recovery coaches help clients find ways to help you manage stress, alleviate symptoms, become physically and emotionall healthy, set goals and become who you are meant to be. Most importantly you will put one step in front of the other, learn to let go, and be free and at peace.

Crowding Out

Many experts give their clients a list of foods or behavioral choices to avoid or are a must. Of course this is a must is you have recently been diagnosed with an auto-immune condition or other chronic illness. But that is the beginning. The very thing that is kick starting the rest of your life. How does that feel? So many people are turned off by behavior change, life change, good nutrition. FEAR gets in the way. Do not let it!

Attach joy, confidence, peace to your transformation. Find your "Why" Your life is waiting for you.

My approach is different – by making choices that are not only healthy, but that are good for YOU, you will naturally have less room and desire for unhealthy behaviors. We will find what works in your life, your personality, your means. Simply put, you will “crowd out” the unhealthy stuff that you have been told HAS TO BE done in your life. Life, happiness, peace are all within you and are all your choice.

This takes a little practice to make happen, but I will support you all the way. Just take that first leap of faith.
